Aerobics is a popular form of exercise amongst women and also men.
Aerobics is designed as a physical routine that increases the body's
aerobic fitness levels. Aerobics also helps to tone and firm the body's

designed for the different levels of a person's fitness.

levels of a dance Aerobics style. All are designed to use your large
muscle groups and increase the oxygen levels in your body, through
sustained exercise over a period of 45 minute to 50 minutes. Over time,
your body develops the ability to process oxygen more quickly and this in
turn, combined with the increased abilities of the bodies muscle, enables
the body to function more efficiently.
In order to achieve the maximum benefits from Aerobics, one should
attend at least 2 to 3 sessions per week. An Aerobics session should be
between 30-50 minutes in order to benefit from any one session and you
should always remember to eat well and drink lots of water in order to
maintain your energy levels.
